Im just wondering if 0.025 tretinoin will help my under eyes, i have fine lines under my eyes and also smile lines, im wondering if tretinoin could help smooth out the lines so theyre not as visible.

It will but jump slow if you have never used retinol or retinal

Should be water ,but you're NOT supposed to use tretinoin near your lips and eyes.
