Will tretinoin really help for rough skin texture

I've got so many skin issues. Dark lines under eyes, scars, cellulite and stretch marks and rough skin texture with shitty pale complexion. I need one less skin problem so, will tretinoin smooth out my rough skin and dark lines?

Hydraulic acid niamacide and tret does help but it's an investment if the problem is just your skin texture and not cystic acne or a major one u won't see results for a while

from anecdotal evidence it's definitely helped me in regards to rough acne ridden skin

but i can't speak for everyone

i mean I never had profoundly bad pores but I imagine tret isn't great for that. Tret works by rapidly peeling off old skin to make way for new, clean skin, but I think there are better things out there for pores

Chemical peels or lasers pretty much show the results after weeks to a month if u have the money
