Will trimax fix flat maxilla and chin

Flat maxilla and chin is basically all of my facial problems, I read that a trimax is basically a genio and bimax in a single surgery. It sounded kind of weird that a procedure like that would exist but if it does, I would like to know. If it does not fix it what surgery will?

It can fix your lower maxilla, depending on how much needs moving etc, but it won't effect your upper maxilla.
