Will under-eye fillers change my canthal tilt / eye shape?

I have horrible tear troughs and I actually need a filler to look like I'm not drug addicted corpse. The question is:
Will it somehow fuck up my eye shape? I don't want to end up with asian eyes.
My eye area is almost as bad as this

Fillers can change your eye shape IF they are injected high on the orbital rim, then they would cause vertical augmentation.
