I would take K2 MK4 daily maybe 200mcg so you have enough but it's not a miracle worker. If you are 18 or under maybe mew some also.

I just ate 30 pills of Mk4. I think I can feel my jaw growing, there are a lot of vibrations all around me and I was looking out the window, I saw a chad standing next to the bus stop. I think it was a sign, god is telling me this stuff will make me look like him.
