ok seriously though, shave all facial hair off, then grow head hair past shoulders.

You can buy topical minox of strengths 2-5% over the counter in any drugstore in the west or online as far as I know.

You need a prescription for Latisse. If you don't want to go through allat, you can try out a biotin supplement and The Ordinary Lash Serum (has worked for some anecdotally).
