Will wearing See Through aligners at night for around 8-10 hours descend me?

I have gotten some bs See-Through alligners given to me after getting my braces removed and i feel like i have been breathing through my mouth while wearing them is there any points why i should even wear them?

yep thats a retainer unless your ortho told you otherwise

unfortunately you need to wear them for life most likely if you wanna keep your teeth in the correct position
