It's fucking shit. It's horrible for your stomach. They're addictive too.
 
I stopped any fizzy drinks completely cuz of the sheer bloat and dogshit chemicals, craved and half 1/4 of a can the other day and felt disgusted and poured the rest into the toilet

Yes it will. It contains chemicals used to replace sugar which are as worse as it bloating wise. The best alternative would be cafe and water.

Caffeine isn't going to hinder it, it can and will be beneficial. The actual point is: how that caffeine is obtained. Just drink a coffee, no need for all the added bullshit.

Caffeine stimulates andrenal glands to release cortisol, which has its own laundry list of problems, like telling your sebaceous glands to produce more oil which leads to more breakouts and greasy skin. It also increases water retention and bloats you.

Caffeine can also fuck your sleep quality if you consume it anytime within like 6 hours of sleeping (you might think you're sleeping fine but objectively it could be better) which leads to a lower production of growth hormone.

Then if we're talking about a white monster overall there's the fuck ton of b vitamins like vitamin b12 which has been clinically linked to acne flares. There's the citric acid which cooks your enamel and make your teeth yellow.

So if you REALLY want to ascend, dropping the monster will be worth it.

Genuinely speechless. I guess you got mad because I used scientifical terms? Everything I said is basic fucking knowledge. Caffeine does bloat you, short term yes it flushes out excess water, but if you're drinking monsters in the first place, you are likely not drinking the recommended levels of water to keep up with the accelerated flushing. So your body holds onto more water again making your bloated. And yes 250mg is well within range for this to happen. Can't be asked explaining this bro this is something fucking kshami and oscar patel would tell you on tiktok broski feels like im explaining kindergarden math.
