Will wisdom teeth removal descend me?

I have a consult with my ortho tomorrow regarding wisdom teeth as all 4 are currently impacted. Given this is the case I don’t really have a choice as to whether I remove them or not. Should I be worried about how this will change my face or does the fact that they’re impacted rather than fully grown in completely change things? I’ve seen a lot of people on here say that wisdom teeth removal is generally bad for your looks.

If its impacting your teeth/growing out improperly, then itll cause more boneloss, aswell as Pain and Swelling.

Make sure, please for Christs sake make sure its actually not growing properly, an average case of crowding is not enough of a sign, a CBCT Scan or a Ponerexamic Xray will show for sure.

Will do. I know my bottom two are growing in sideways and are partially erupted my top 2 haven’t emerged at all. Are there any specific questions I should ask my ortho?
