Will wisdom teeth removal descend me?

I currently have 2 bottom wisdom teeth at 16. Doesn't seem like top ones are gonna come out. The left wisdom tooth is growing sideways into my molar while the right one is perfectly straight and doesn't cause any issues, what will happen if I get them removed?
