At 10-12 surgery if needed (Lefort 1 + IMDO, palate expansion, custom lingual braces, etc) and if he/she asks, I'll reply "it's a dental treatment like every other kid has this days", so he/she isn't affected by the surgery stigma. This in addition of perfect nutrition and the kid being in a sports team as early as possible.

It's a far cry from having not just the supraorbital implant and the lip lift but a bimax, palate expansion, rhinoplasty and jaw implants because he didn't have the right surgeries and enviroment as a kid (plus discovering how ugly he is and him having to pay for all that). Not even going to mention that his pre ascension years would be less NT and sexless compared to the HTN-Chadlite, 12 tooth smile, ideal jaw growth him with blackpilled parents.
