Cigarette smoke increases Testosterone by 15% (excess T is converted to DHT -> acne), but there's no conclusive evidence that just nicotine from snus/ZYN raises T, likely because bioavailabity is too low compared to smoking it directly. It might possibly be the case though since Cotinine is a byproduct of nicotine, however how much of an effect it has when taking sublingually using ZYN/snus is unknown.
I personally don't believe it increases T. I mean why else would nearly always every vapers look the same - obese fuck, wears a Fedora hat, neckbeard, body pained with tattoo's, and drilled earlobes jfl. Meanwhile look at the avg smoker (assuming <25-40). Usually a HTN/tall/Chadlite/Chad with defined jawlines, low BF and high cheekbones. Last is just anecdotical evidence btw, seen plenty of subhooman smokers as well, but anecdotal evidence seems to support the former observation for me
