i am more worried about calories.
Will i still lose weight if i eat 600 cals of suhsi + 200 cals of wine and nothing else in a day and walk 15km? with 1km run

used to drink 750 ml of 14.5 percent abv wine everytime i wanted to get drunk and i used to puke every two times i did that

cant do that more than a couple days

do 1700–1900 with a lot of movement and u will lose fat consistently

but ur lean anyway??
