winlevi seems to be the biggest mogger topical cream for acne atm, it is basically a topical cream specifically meant to treat hormonal acne

so basically winlevi + tret = accutane without the brutal sides

problem is sourcing it. its expensive as fuck to get it prescribed. havent found a source that sells it for cheap yet
