I have a 45 day break from school and I’m gonna hit an incredible lock in. Everyday I will:
Play Basketball (2 hrs)
Lift weights on a split (Plyos combined with leg day)
10k steps minimum
Eat Healthy: Fasting until I finish basketball and the gym then I’ll eat some fruits or veggies with 6 eggs and maybe tuna. Then depending on how hungry I am I’ll have dinner or not.
Goals are:
Dunk (rn I can grab rim almost dunking a woman’s ball)
Work on knee health
Train neck
Get lean (currently like 20% bf)
Feel better and more in control over life.

Lmk if yall have any advice or input please.

most veggies are pretty low ROI, but fruits, eggs, and tuna are solid (go with light tuna if you're eating it more than once a week).

you're burning a ton of calories if you follow this plan strictly as you've said, but use a calorie counter to make sure you're in a deficit just in case you end up overeating

if you get hungry for dinner but don't want to eat too many calories have some chicken or lean beef, very high protein will make you feel full while being relatively low in calories. Another filling lowcal option is a smoothie made with frozen fruit and fat free yogurt

I eat one carrot a day to support a tan (any more and I become too orange)
I’m thinking of going with primarily sweet potato, bell pepper (vitamin c), cucumber (low cal and makes me feel good), and tomatoes (taste good and lipocene gives natural blush)

I’ll make sure I don’t over eat, I appreciate the advice about the lean source of protein bcs I’m gonna get tired of eating tuna all day (it’s also high in mercury)

I’ll focus on liver. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks. I think it’s really achievable for anyone but it certainly does require a good bit of experience. The first step is always leaving your comfort zone. If you don’t do that then you won’t get anywhere. I believe in you. Start small, and big things will happen eventually.

when i take stuff like for example when i was on reta, i was so more locked in on the cut vs when i was cutting off reta. i guess its a mental thing but i just gotta be on stuff 24/7 or sum 😭

beibang is a source on telegram where you buy it from. when i brought it, it costed me $105 for 50mg reta (including delivery from china) and the needles i bought a 25pack of 1ml 30g needles for $15. i use my family fridge cause they dont care lmao
