I have a 45 day break from school and I’m gonna hit an incredible lock in. Everyday I will:
Play Basketball (2 hrs)
Lift weights on a split (Plyos combined with leg day)
10k steps minimum
Eat Healthy: Fasting until I finish basketball and the gym then I’ll eat some fruits or veggies with 6 eggs and maybe tuna. Then depending on how hungry I am I’ll have dinner or not.
Goals are:
Dunk (rn I can grab rim almost dunking a woman’s ball)
Work on knee health
Train neck
Get lean (currently like 20% bf)
Feel better and more in control over life.
Lmk if yall have any advice or input please.
