Any benefits in winter swimmng? Like swimming in the ocean while the weather is cold af

Does it raise test? Could it help to skinmaxx?

maybe, but watch out for pneumonia, it happens without symptoms and from it you may risk getting a collapsed lung which is life threatening, happened to me

probably has the same effects as cold showers, I really enjoy swimming in the sea, its great to relax

ocean/sea water is good for skin and hair
but sea water can bleach your hair making it lighter

Fat loss. Just make sure you don't stay in long enough to cause permanent damage.
