Wisdom teeth advice please

Currently my wisdom teeth at the top are kind of "stuck" under the crowns of the 7th row, therefore pushing on it, giving me slight pain (sometimes) and possibly becoming an issue in the future.

Looks something like this:

At the bottom, only one side has developed (right wisdom teeth is cut through, the left one hasnt even been created)

I heard many people talk about how taking wisdom teeth out can lead to your jaw regressing and losing bonemass.

What would you recommend in my situation? Keep them or get them out?

If you feel pain and it doesn't get better remove it by your Jewish orthodontist

The pain is like one day a week, after I eat something sweet for example (it also has something to do with my gums getting swollen from it and cleaning the interdental spaces is harder and bleeds a lot.

Honestly I'm only worried if I wanna get jaw surgery, apparently it could have a lesser effect if I remove them and recess even further
