wisdom teeth and premolars

Good people, I have a particular case with my jaws since they are small, although orthodontists want to remove my premolars and wisdom teeth, I have not done it for reasons that you should already know, my question is what should I do? At the moment I can't get a palate expander, plus my orthodontist doesn't give it to me as an option. I leave my wisdom teeth, do I take them out? What should I do, please give your opinion. I don't want an extraction to ruin my life. I understood that wisdom teeth provide forward growth.
