Wisdom teeth coming out

What should I do now? It hurts like hell coming out but I also don't wanna become more recessed.

Is this gonna fuck up my bone structure? Suggestions?

Mine hurt like hell in April when I was travelling cuz they were rubbing on an arch. They stopped and readjusted and now they're coming through properly, still hurt a bit but don't need mega painkillers.
