Wisdom teeth extraction

My orthodontist says that i should agree on extracting my wisdom teeth cuz she thinks that its like pressuring my face and stuff i dont exactly remember what she said. She also said that it might be one of the reasons why my face has a asymmetry. Would extracting my wisdom teeth affect my looks in a bad way?

If you already told her you would prefer not to and she still recommends it then you probably need to. It's possible that leaving them in will lead to bone resorption.
