Recently started having clicking in my jaw when I swallow and got a Xray and saw this. Getting my wisdom teeth removed. When I get these specific teeth removed will it be a looksmax or looksmin?

If ur lower third is already good it shouldn’t really affect u that much, most individuals who get teeth extraction are really young and it fucks up there growth
