wisdom tooth removal doesn't do shit.
if they're impacted, go get them removed before it fucks you up even worse.

it's only bad when you extract other teeth (molars, premolars etc.) since they cause genuine bone resorption in mandible/maxilla.

I had them removed 2 years ago, there is absolutely no evidence of any external changes to the shape of my mandible based on the many X-rays I’ve had then and since.

But it may be more important in people who are young - although as far as I know the mandible takes its final form very early like early teens.

the guy you're referring to who said "removing bone mass" literally has a DJ Khaled avi. Better do research yourself and see where it leads (it'll lead you to one conclusion only — removing wisdom teeth has negligible effect on mandibular/maxillary structure)
