Wisdom Teeth Removal Improving My Face Structure?

I know there’s a lot of talk on here about wisdom teeth removal being a bad idea people saying it can mess with facial structure or cause “descend” But in my case, my wisdom teeth fucking ruined the way my face looked.

Before they came in, I had more of a chiseled, hollow look my face looked leaner, more angular. But once the bottom ones started growing in (they’re impacted) they made my jaw look wider in a bad way. Not like a masculine, structured wide jaw…just bulky. My face lost definition, especially around the midface and lower third.

The slight hollowness basically disappeared. It literally affected my smile form like I don’t really smile much like how I used to.
I have to get them removed anyway because they’re impacted, but honestly, I’m hoping it helps my face go back to how it was more lean, more cut.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of change after wisdom teeth came in? And did your face improve in any way after getting them removed?

It could just be swelling/inflammation that's making you look worse

idk if this is possible, but would it be able to do MSE in order for wisdom teeth to fit better within maxilla?

This for sure. The chronic infection and inflammation caused by the wisdom teeth being impacted and not well cleaned can cause puffiness in the face. I had that.
Removal definitely slim down the face, but honestly, in my opinion, I prefer my look when I had wisdom teeth in, the puffiness make you look younger, more youthful and overall, it also is a major supporter in the face. I really regret removing them.

Wisdom teeth extraction doesn't change your face in any way. No bone loss occurs

Your probably going to lose weight because your not able to eat normally for a few days. Thats why the face slim's down a little but (less bodyfat).

I look the same after i got my lower wisdom teeth removed (y) No facial changes at all

Good thread, also for the fear mongering tards saying wisdom teeth removal made them look worst it’s BDD.

At best wisdom teeth make you look youthful but not in a prime Lachowski way but more so in a feminine apple cheek bloated subhuman way. Removing them did take away that bloated apple cheek look and now my chin looks more chiseled and my temples look less hollow. Basically it ascended my constantly puffy face. Anyone crying for that apple cheek look is not a serious looksmaxer. Yall want to look like lesbians without any sex appeal go ahead get your bone grafts JFL

looks literally the same
JFL just because your eye can’t register subtle skeletal changes doesn’t mean they don’t exist. But hey, keep arguing with actual surgeons and CT scan evidence Internet forums love that. You clearly don’t understand how facial swelling or mandibular pressure works. Impacted wisdom teeth can subtly widen the jaw or cause asymmetry over time removal can reverse that tension. It’s not about overnight transformation; it’s about anatomical relief and contour shift, which is documented by oral surgeons, not just Reddit.
