Wisdom teeth removal? (Jaw X-RAY included)

So recently I got my lower wisdom tooth removed, because only one managed to grow. (I am nearly 21 now, with a very narrow mouth if that matters)

Now the question is - should I have my top ones removed, since they're pushing onto my other teeth from below, and might be "squishing" them all together. (they also haven't even cut through the skin - they're genuinely stuck down there)

(Private dentist obviously suggested for them to get removed jfl would cost like $700 - not an issue tho, just hella obvious that there's no world where he says to not do it and keep my money)

21 years old, tight jaw, and already impacted lower wisdoms your upper ones would probably not fully erupt and could eventually exert pressure on your molars or gums many oral surgeons recommend preemptive removal in the early 20s when healing is best and roots havent fully ossified. if they arent visibly damaging nearby teeth right you couyld wait and monityor via xray in 12-18 months instead of removing immediately assuming you stay symptom free

no. don't fuck yourself more by removing more bone. you should've never had your wisdom teeth removed.

well the bottom one was a no brainer. having non symmetrical amount of teeth isn't going to be great long-term.
the top ones are kinda fucking my other teeth, since it's making them be more squished together

is the bone argument really valid? like does that even change anything visually on my face?
