Wisdom Teeth Removal (picture)

This pic was taken mid July, I was told I should have all 4 wisdom teeth removed but I have considered keeping the top ones because they seem mostly straight. I’m wondering if I should try to keep as many as possible or just get them all out. I’m 16 y/o going on 17 soon, I began grinding my teeth at night maybe a year ago and got a nightguard asap but wondering if that’s causing me any negative effects. Finally, wondering if there’s anything else wrong with my teeth or skull jfl

don't do it, its permanent, humans should have 32 teeth. you already get bone resorption with age, you can only fix that with implants

How can I diagnose anything wrong with your skull with a photo taken of a photo of your xray and it's just your teeth

doubt it will change bone structre much at yr age to remove you might have to remove the bottom 2 tho, keeping it too long might affect yr other teeth thus need to extract them best to consult w a specialist

Dont remove them, if u need to you are a boneless chud. humans naturally dont remove a body part, if u do, something is seriously wrong

your jaw SHOULD be able to fit all your teeth in, liek you shouldnt need surgury

СIt depends on the reason for the extraction. If it's due to a lack of space, it's not worth it. Use an expander. If the teeth overlap, remove the minimum amount.
