Wisdom teeth removal prevention

I’ll get my wisdom teeth removed in a couple of days but I just heard about the bad effects it can cause on your face like receding your jaw. Is there a way to prevent my jaw from receding or even preventing the removal?

you can expand your mandible and maxilla
but you need to find a blackpilled ortho for that
most of them wont do such a treatment - they are going to pull them out, and honestly jawhacks looked subhuman after expanding mandible and maxilla
