Wisdom teeth removal.

I'm 16 and after wearing my braces and palatal expander I did x-ray and dentist told me to remove my wisdom teeth because of the way that they are growing which is inside and towards incicors. Because of that they will make my lower jaw narrower. Should I remove them? He is not some dickhead dentist that removes wisdom teeth no matter what, he himself told me that he always tries to save them but in my case best decision is to remove. What should I do?
