Wisdom teeth removal

I just went to the doc and he said that one of my wisdom teeth wanna get out and it maybe needs to get removed. it’s not bumping against other teeth “yet” but it can be said
Keep in mind it’s only in one spot and hurts a little only when I touch it or chew on that spot
Do I remove it and will it affect looks in any way (since teeth r being removed)

I’m thinking to wait a little bit to see if it starts hurting a lot more and then if it does I’ll prolly remove it

Does that mean I have to get them removed when the pain gets super intense? Cuz rn I feel the pain only when I touch it or chew on it, and ru talking about the one thats where I’m pointing on the pic

dont remove them
