Wisdom teeth removal

I am close to finishing aligners/invisalign, and my orthodontist has recommended once i finish that i get my wisdom teeth removed.

Will removing them change face/jaw structure and appearance negatively?
If so i will keep them unless I am facing issues.

No reason to remove teeth that aren't bothering you unless. These ortho's are actual butchers

Most of the time its negative. Also depends on stuff like palette, etc. Also, what issues will you face did the ortho say?

None really, just said that it may or may not in the future impact other teeth so its better safe then sorry to get them out
