Wisdom teeth removal

My dentist told me I gotta get all 4 removed cause they grow unevenly and push into the healthy teeth. I have enough jaw length tho, that not the issue

Is there any way to save this without removal? How bad will it fuck my face up?

I have high dimo neanderthal jaw and maxillary prognatism. Might it actually kinda solve both?

Or will i lose my robustness for naught?

-I have ideal jaw width and ramus length but my gonial angle is about 95.
- my Chin to philtrum ratio is like 1.7
-gonions are slightly inward.
Will it fix some of this or fuck me up?
Will it make my cheekbones pop more?

Go check jaw surgery results. r/jawsurgery is full of them. Almost all of those people have had all 4 wisdom tooth removed. And scientific literature agrees with me.

Tbh it’s not gonna do shit. Ppl say it makes you recccesed but if ur skull is already developed it just means you r already reccessed bc if you weren’t wisdom teeth wouldn’t be an issue

Nope, local. The doc was really really fucking great. I hate fucking knives cutting inside my mouth, but he just kept making jokes and handling everything perfectly. He was a maxfac aswell so we just talked about jaw surgeries for a bit between each tooth removal. 0 pain during the surgery, only my lips hurt a bit because I'm on accutane and he was stretching them out. And the pulling pressure was uncomfortable, but nothing too bad.

Ngl bro I was clenching that fucking chair and I was stiff as a fucking stone haha. The doc even laughed about it. I also got buccal fat removal under local anesthesia in last August, so I've been through it all lol.

99.999% it won't lol. I've seen adults get it throughout their lives, they still look the same. And pretty much all the research papers say it will not do shit to you.
