I will be getting my wisdom teeth removed in a couple of months. There isn't any option other than complete removal of all 4 wisdom teeth, because they are very likely to negatively affect the nerves leading to the lip. So do you know if a wisdom teeth removal could reduce bone mass, change the structure of the face or narrow the jaw?
I would be thankful for some help.

Why are they getting removed

As they grow (I am still in puberty), they will damage the nerves of my lip and parts of the oral cavity.

What direction are they growing ?

They grow laterally into the molars because they have too little space. The roots of the tooth grow so precisely into the nerve cords.

You have a small jaw, thats why. Work out ur jaw muscles, i had all my 4 wisdom teeth removed and i regret it every single day, chewing couldve fixed that

I know, but I've already scheduled a date for the operative removal. Beside of that, I strangely do have a very strong jaw. Had the removal any effects on your face?

Got my bottom two removed 4 months ago, jaw still as strong as ever. Ideally you want to expand your palate in order to fit all of your teeth, but it is what it is.

Holy fuck, now I'm scared. I have consulted one of the best dentists in my country and he actually said there was no way around it.

Yeah thats when ive noticed my jawline had become noticeably weaker after a couple of months, i had my wisdom tooth removed in august 2018, by december 2018 ive noticed some serious decrease in jaw mass/recessed chin which started my looksmaxxing journey. So it was a blessing in disguise.

No they can fit in your mouth but your jaw might be too narrow
