Im 15 and just right now i found out i have to get wisdom teeth removed will this make my face leaner or its not gonna be noticable at all?

I had them removed at young age. I'm recessed as shit, only my frontal looks good, side profile is total average shit, and it looked better when I was younger maybe it's just cope and I would grow downwards anyway
