Wisdom teeth

So i went to the dentist a few days back and got told i do have wisdom teeth and they are probably going to come out in the near future, but because i wore braces and still wear a retainer they may need to be plucked out to not mess up my teeth again, i want to know if this wil mess up my jaw projection, or make my jaw recessed, or will it not have any effect?

if you're still wearing braces when you have them extracted there's gonna be a problem
Bone resorption will occur potentially making you lose bone mass
If your mouth is big enough I don't believe you need to have them removed

So both sets upper and lower are present, and my dentist says they are probably to come out

I dont have braces, im done with braces i just have to wear an invisible print of my teeth, like a mouthguard during the night so my teeth dont move since i am still young
