I'm 14 years old and today my dentist told me that they have to remove my wisdom teeth from above and below because they cause me a little pain.

Is there any method or something to prevent them from being removed and the tooth extractions really affect the face?

if your palate are fucked anyway nothing will change, if you have over protrude teeth it might ascend you,
it will affect face if your palate have space behind molar for it to receed, i guess u can counter it by having good mouth posture like mewing and not mouth breathing
it just a theory, better consult multiple dentist..
