Wisdom Teeth

My dentist told me that my wisdom teeth should be removed. Is that gonna effect my face negatively? Jaw and maxilla aren‘t really a strongpoint of mine. I live in germany, is there something else i could get out of this like palate expansion or something? Am very new to this.

they told me 7 years ago i have to remove it but i didn't and now have no issue.
