I don't have my top two wisdom teeth but my palate is 45mm, should I be losing sleep over this? I had them removed as a minor when I was having another oral surgery, they weren't impacted and my dentist thinks I'll be able to keep the lower two. Are there any negative affects if my palate is still wide?
