Wisdom tooth extraction @ 25

I had to do this a because of overcrowding and we are puss poor so I couldn't afford anything else.

Is there anything I can do in the future to prevent the bone atrophying? I can just see the right side of my face sunk even though it isn't much it's fucked up when I look at it.

The motherfucker even stitched the hole up. Can I do bone grafting or implants after?

Not really , wisdom teeth removal doesn't effect the facial profile.

Will my face affect badly if I remove the premolars in bottom row ?
Dentist already removed the ones in the top so my I will be allignining the ones in the bottom with ones in the top.

Bro tbh I don't want to comment as I dont know and don't want to give you wrong info.

However I can't see how removing just the 2 wisdom teeth can ruin a profile when you have all other teeth are intact.

Just find the reasons for removal, don't let them remove them for a bad reason, a lot of people need jaw surgery not removals.
