I'm 18, planning to get lefort 1 soon, however i'm a late teether and my wisdom teeth haven't grown in yet. does anyone whose had bimax/lefort know if i should wait for them to grow in first and get them removed before i go ahead with the surgery? will they interfere if i don't? i'm also going through with maxillary downgrafting for this surgery, they're repositioning my jaw down and forward, would that impact it and cause problems? thanks
