Wish i couldn't eat and maintain weight

Haven't eaten anything except milk today, literally procrastinated on food and now im going to have to cram in 3000 calories from 8pm till 12am just so i don't become a skinny cuck again. Making food and eating it takes away hours of your day, its ridiculous

Point isn't to just reach my caloric needs, that would be easy af by just eating chocolate and peanut butter, but its very unhealthy, im not trying to looksmin

I'm the opposite. I have to starve myself daily to not be an obese cow. Brutal fat cells pill. I have too many fat cells while you have too few (ideal)

I ate like 2500 instead of 3200 calories for 10 days and lost 3kg of weight somehow (82kg to 79kg). My body really really hates to put on weight

im gaining 1 kg a month. I eat about 1-1.3k calories on breakfast. I stopped to count my daily calories cuz im gaining weight and im still lean so thats mean i do everything right.

I only eat 5 eggs and 1L of milk for breakfast which is 750 calories together, and that leaves me with 2500 calories to eat between 9pm-12am (i sleep from 1am to 9pm).

I avoid starchy carbs during the day as much as possible and try to eat them all when its night 1 hour before sleeping. Reasons are multiple but starches basically give me brainfog, make me retarded, tired, not motivated etc. I study much better on just protein, fat and some light non starch carbs (milk, fruit)

i eat 4 eggs and 150 g oats 1 banana and 1 tbs of honey on breakfast. Other meals always different.

Im lactose intolerant so i cant eat cottage cheese, milk and whey protein :feelswah:

It is actually necessary to eat at evening so u will have at least 3 hours before your sleep schedule.

Its not really necessary, i always finish my last food 1 hour before sleeping and i sleep fine, its a myth that you need to eat few hours before except if you are eating very hard to digest foods. In fact carbs make you sleepy so its quite good.

My breakfast is almost the same except no oats cause they aren't healthy and too starchy so give me brain fog

Why is it unhealthy? It has protein too. Only thing bad is the oils but that’s in almost every high calorie food

why do u think oats are unhealthy. I usually eat protein in all my meals cuz i simply wont meet my protein goal for the day otherwise. I eat 3 times a day cuz i dont stay at home.

Peanuts are probably in the top 5 worst foods you could eat, full of anti nutrients like lectins that don't get destroyed like they do in beans because peanuts just get roasted instead of soaked and boiled which actually removes lectins. Also the big amount of omega 6. The only possible way it could be worse is if it had trans fats as well jfl

You soak and boil the oats...right? Like make porridge. If you are eating them raw then idk where to begin :lul: (it's literally like eating raw rice, wheat, buckwheat, corn, there is no difference), raw oats have unholy amounts of anti nutrients like phytates, oxalates and lectins. Also they have soluble fiber which isn't good for you in those large amounts
 
I can cook all my meals in 30 minutes

Its like 2 hours in total for me for everything, this is why milk is so brocel, you just drink it, simple. Same for meat, just slap it on the pan and done in 10 minutes. But muuuh rice and potatoes :soy:
