I think depending on your case the movements could be reduced. During my consultation for an aesthetic bimax I mentionted sleep apnea and they wanted to reduce my movement

it can have multiple reasons, maxilla recession, something wrong with ur nose etc., this dude could have sleep apnea due to his neck training
