I am not on anything, I can’t take anything due to health issues. I have been training calisthenics for about 2 years now but tbh I feel like my genetics for my body are also helping me. But if you have questions you can pm me.

Tbh, been smoking hasj/weed for 4 years now so that might play a big part, also on the picture with face hair I had 3 hours of sleep and the other one was kinda faded. And I don’t care about the twink comments or people rating me ltn on here. Because in real life i have 0 problems with my looks, just on here for extra advice
