(With Picture of blood profile) High blood fat profile is this proof of why my face is so fat?

So my triglycerides and other fats are high my weight 75 kg at 5"10. but my belly is fat arms skinny and nipple puffy and my face is fat (see my first thread) a friend told me he didnt knew i was 75 because i look 90kg from my face!
Is this (the blood test) proof of why my face is so fat? I also put a pic of the results of the blood work

I already showed a pic of my neck in another thread aswell as bloodwork i already know it looks fat what would me hearing it from you help me further? Also this thread isnt about if my face looks fat but why it does and if the bloodwork is one of a way to know why its so fat. You dont need to answer my thread if you are just gonna ask that

High triglycerides just means you eat too many fucking carbs. Prob have moon face from holding 5 gallons of water in your carb filled cheeks.

Edit: Just read the rest of your post. Puffy nips with the rest of it sounds like your Estrogen is to the moon. High E will make you hold water as well. So sounds like you have two issues going on, diet and hormones. Go get your Total T, Free T, and Estrodiol levels checked and report back to us.
