For starters even with a shirt on you clearly have muscle. Buy better shirts that hug the body more. Even without it tho u can tell you have muscle.

Second off, thats often the plight of the natty. If youre natty and cut down to a really low bodyfat, often you look ripped with a shirt off or in tank tops, but with a shirt on you look skinnier than anticipated. A good thing to do is get to like 12%ish bodyfat and not any lower. Its tempting to want to have the best abs possible and seeing people on tv with really pean physiques may cause u to want to get really lean. But all you need is decent abs really and you usually dont need to be as lean as you want to be. Id say you should go on one more lean bulk for like 7-8 months, then cut down to 12%ish bodyfat despite wanting to get leaner. You probably have body dismorphia as alot of lifters do, so you cant trust your judgement on your physique unless you learn to gain a more realistic view on yourself.

Buy better shirts and you wont feel as small, realize u arent small atm. Lastly do one more clean bulk then go from there
