Wizdom teeth growing sideways

My wizdom teeth are starting to come through and are slightly sideways pointing inwards to my pallet, does anyone know how to help wizdom teeth come through straight so i dont have to get them removed?

Eat hard foods so they develop like they are intended. Dont worry too much about it otherwise.
