Woke up at 10:30 today and feel like shit for context my sleep schedule has been horrible for few months now going to bed at 4 am waking up at 1-2 and now I’m trying fix it for my health gonna try to wake up at 8 go to bed at 11

The worst it’s ever been for me was waking up at 7 pm going to bed at 9 am that shit definitely fucked up some of my growth

Its easy to fix

Just don’t sleep the whole day and night and go to sleep at 10pm

This won't work any longer as an adult unfortunately, a single night of going out drinking and coming home late will destroy everything.

low dose gabapentin fixes my sleep very quick if it gets fucked up bro

Then purchase melatonin pills
Wish they were more effective. Worked when I tried the first couple of times but quickly built a tolerance to them. Pretty effective when mixed with nyquil though.
