See this is problem. The moment you wake up, your unga bunga brain comes on org, then tiktok, then Insta then org and cycle repeats.
You can non ascend if you refuse to change.
Change is must and only you, can make it happen.
You have to do it for yourself, doing it for others... doesn't last long I know from personal experiences.
Get off this forum, try to detox from dophamine, rewire your brain, trust me you will feel better, doesn't matters if you are sub-5.
You are alive, so before you are alive enjoy life however you can, since life is shit and brutal.
You won't be healthy and full of energy for so long, you will get old and regret rotting on this forum @superpsycho I genuinely hope that you will get off this forum and try to improve your brain, since hormones dictate your life, stop making excess cortisol.
Go for hike, Join nature, lay on grass, care not about people opinion, stoicism is good cope but so is nature. Be like a water my man.
