I have had it 3-4 times in my entire life.
It's not that scary when you are experiencing it.
But when you wake up you start feeling scared. My heartbeat was throught the roof too

bro are you srs. not being able to move your body is scary as hell even without the demon. when i was a kid i would wake up then by reflex throw the blanket on my face. thats when my sleep paralysis happen since im halfway sleeping and awake. the blanket covering me is often on my nose and i cant breath but cant remove the blanket. happens too many times. scary shit

I haven't experienced it before or at least don't remember having it so I don't know why it would be scary, I thought since you're awake and know your in paralysis you just wait and let time pass by until you can move.
