i swear its been an hour and its still like this, i drank water ate a bit and its relived a bit but its still high, i told my parents of it bc im not going to school like this and i asked my dad if he has any beta blockers and he said no (he only has this one diuretic (idk the name) to control his blood pressure (i thought he would have one lol)

Apply RU on it since DHT is what can cause heart enlargement.

i think its cos im not eating enough (probs is), my appetite is really weird because one day ill be super hungry the next day i cant eat anything
im probs gonna look into some gh peptides that increase appetite with a short half life for those days
