Make sure it’s not Malassezia folliculitis, normal acne vulgaris treatments don’t work on it, I know from experience

I hit it with three different antifungals. Selsun blue shampoo as a mask for 3 min or so, blue light therapy for 10 min, then Lotrimen ultra nightly
